Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only if the item is genuinely damaged or if we have sent the wrong product.

Unboxing Video:
To request a return or refund, you must record a clear 360° unboxing video while opening the sealed package. The video must clearly show the condition of the parcel and the product inside.

Time Limit:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Process:
Email us at gulandglow03@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Attach the 360° unboxing video so we can review the issue.

Refunds:
Refunds will be approved only after we verify the video and confirm that the product is truly damaged or incorrectly sent.
The final decision will be made by our team after proper inspection.

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund request.
